Recognize that they are in you, not in external reality.
Realize that you feel that way because of how you perceive the situation that caused that destructive emotion. -
Remind yourself that emotions are constantly changing.
Emotions are signs for you but are not crucial and unchangeable things that define you. -
Recognize that as you change, everything changes.
Change your perception and beliefs, and you will change how you feel and live.
