Put in extraordinary effort in a simple way.

Instructions

  1. Predetermine your process.
Do online research or read books to determine the process that works for your kind of goal. For example, if you want to get physically fit, you will need to exercise and manage your caloric intake.

  2. Focus on your long term results.
There will be bad days or weeks but don’t get frustrated or discouraged. Rather, focus on your long term results.

  3. Schedule your process.
Get a calendar and write down your daily and weekly plans, allocating time for each activity.

  4. Muster the courage to do the things you are supposed to do even if you are frustrated or getting discouraged.
Resist the urge to procrastinate your daily goals.

  5. Assess your results and adjust your process accordingly.
Do weekly or monthly check-ins and make adjustments. For example, if you are not hitting your sales goals, you could decide to look for more clients or change your marketing activities.

  6. Extract and internalize the lessons you have learned.
Use your lessons to propel you to your next mission. For example, when you succeed with a mission of healthy eating and spending more time with family, you will become more focused and be able to handle other missions like writing a book.
