Instructions

  1. Become resistant to other people's comments, praises, and expectations.
    Examine your reactions to circumstances, people, and their judgments and praises. Do not personalize what is occurring to you; instead, simply observe it. Allow no one's comment or praise to influence your feelings and beliefs about yourself.

  2. Redefine success and your definition of “I.”
    Define success as the ability to be carefree and unconditionally happy instead of the ability to earn money and material things. Get rid of all the labels you associate with success and your personality. Adopt the mindset that you are valuable no matter what you do in life and how people perceive you.

  3. Challenge your limiting beliefs.
    Ask yourself what beliefs hold you back in life and make you unhappy. Then open up to new ideas, new beliefs, new concepts, and different views of the world and reality.

  4. Live in the present moment.
    Get in contact with reality - always be aware of yourself, what you currently do, and your surroundings. Observe yourself and your behavior objectively as if you were observing someone else.
