Instructions

  1. Create room for your future.
    Think of your brain as a glass. When you fill a glass to the rim with your past, it's impossible to fill it with anything else until you empty that glass. Visualize yourself pouring out your past thoughts.
  2. Recognize your mental blocks.
    Mental blocks are psychological obstacles that prevent you from achieving what you want. These can exist as self-doubt, fixed mindset, indecisiveness, etc.
  3. Replace your negatives.
    Your mental blockers can be overcome through quality dreams which you can have when you do things that interest you.
