Remind yourself to develop qualities associated with introverts

Introverted leaders are often quiet leaders - but are by no means less important or essential. While a charismatic leader is often the face of a brand, it is the quiet, introverted leader that is the true driver of success in any organization.

1. Make a list of the introvert-associated qualities
   These are: humility, modesty, being reserved, shy, gracious, mild-mannered, understated

2. Think about which ones you already have
   Highlight or circle them

3. Think about the ones you would like to work on
   Highlight or circle them in a different colour.

4. Refer to the list once a week and reflect
   Try to evaluate your progress by thinking of situations you displayed these qualities in, did you do a good job? What could you have done better? Are you beginning to display these qualities more often?
