Instructions

  1. Write down your goals.
    Write down your activities for the next day. Then, review your schedule and plan for tomorrow at the end of the day.

  2. Repeat your goals to yourself.
    You can keep a vision board, visualize your goals, or recite them to yourself.

  3. Do a mental simulation for one minute.
    Think of one of your goals. You can simulate the steps involved with getting to your goal, specific difficulties, and how you will overcome them.

  4. Share your goals.
    You can share your goals with a friend, teacher, relative, or other trusted confidant.

  5. Take baby steps.
    Ask yourself, “What is a tiny step I can take to get closer to my goal? ”
