You can keep a vision board, visualize your goals, or recite them to yourself. -
Do a mental simulation for one minute.
Think of one of your goals. You can simulate the steps involved with getting to your goal, specific difficulties, and how you will overcome them. -
Share your goals.
You can share your goals with a friend, teacher, relative, or other trusted confidant. -
Take baby steps.
Ask yourself, “What is a tiny step I can take to get closer to my goal? ”
