Schedule Pivot or Persevere meeting.

This is one of the most difficult decision for the startup and it’s very emotional for the founders. That’s why it must be done in a very structured way.

1. Schedule this meeting regularly somewhere between 1 and 6 months.
   Probably every month is too often and every 6 months is too infrequent.

2. This meeting requires both product developers and business leaders.
   You can include advisors as well, to help you make the decision.

3. For the meeting, you need the complete report from the product and from the business perspective.
   Let your team prepare them.
