Instructions

  1. Pick one area to improve. Choose a facet of your work, health, or relationships and commit to improving it by just 1% daily (e.g., clearer emails, a better bedtime, one more push-up).

  3. Track your changes and progress. Use a simple journal or app to note each incremental improvement. Celebrate and reflect on compounding outcomes weekly.
