  3. Make time for yourself. Take some time to be alone and reflect on your thoughts and feelings. This will help you stay connected to yourself and be mindful of your own needs.
  4. Be present in the moment. To fully appreciate the people and things around you, it's important to stay present in the moment and avoid getting too caught up in technology. Take the time to pay attention to your surroundings and the current events happening around you.
