    You don’t necessarily need to follow complicated exercises in the gym. You could go for a walk, ditch the elevator for the stairs, or even use a suitcase without wheels.

  3. Practice intermittent fasting.
    This type of fasting schedule will help you clear your mind and improve your focus.

  4. Consume caffeine in moderation
    It’s best to take your first cup of caffeine between 9:30 and 10:30am, and the last cup between 1:30 pm and 2:30pm. This will help maintain a steady energy level.
