Take some time to think about what you are afraid of and why. Write all your fears down. - Confront your fears.
Take small steps to face your fears. Start with something small and gradually increase the difficulty. - Reflect on your progress.
Reflect on how you felt before and after facing your fears. Notice the changes in your emotions and confidence. - Repeat the process.
Keep facing your fears and repeating the process until you make peace with them.
