Instructions

  1. Practice regular meditation.
    Set aside a few minutes each day for meditation to fundamentally alter your brain's functioning over time, moving from lower to higher vibrational emotions. This can be as simple as focusing on your breath, sitting quietly, and allowing thoughts to pass without judgment. Consider starting with 5 minutes daily and gradually increasing the duration as you become more comfortable.
  2. Surround yourself with positive people.
    Spend time with individuals who have a positive outlook and high energy levels. Their positive energy can be contagious. They can help lift your spirits and shift your focus toward more optimistic perspectives. Reflect on who in your social circle makes you feel good and make an effort to increase your interaction with them.
  3. Smile more often.
    Utilize the simple act of smiling to boost your mood and vibrational frequency. Even when it feels forced, smiling can trigger the release of feel-good hormones in the brain. Try starting your day by smiling in the mirror, or smiling at strangers and notice how it makes you feel. You'd be surprised on how it can lighten your day!
