Instructions

  1. Be mindful of your surroundings.
    Look for opportunities to come up with new ideas or ways to improve existing ones. You never know what might spark your creativity!

    When something out of the ordinary happens, take a moment to ask yourself why. Could there be a deeper meaning behind it?
  3. Increase your awareness.
    Practice expanding and narrowing your awareness, both with your eyes open and closed. Try to quiet your inner voice so you can better perceive what's happening around you.
  4. Recapture your sense of wonder.
    Embrace your childlike sense of wonder and let go of the need to understand everything. Allow the information to flow freely, and be open to new experiences.
  5. Tap into the spiritual realm.
    Believe in the power of the unseen world and pay attention to those moments that leave you breathless. Whether it's a work of art or a natural wonder, take note of how it allows you to access something deeper. There's often a spiritual component behind it.
