  1. Take time to reflect on how your brain is managing your life
    Set aside about 10 minutes every day to review the last 24 hours of your life. Think about how you managed your life and write down one or two lines for each day. Did you recognize any moments in your day when your Chimp hijacked your mind? What kind of thoughts and feelings did you have? How did you respond? Then focus on how you can improve your daily thought processes and actions. This self-reflection can help you review and modify the information stored on your Computer. Remember to keep the session short otherwise your Chimp may interfere, thus making it difficult to make self-reflection a habit.
