Instructions

    Acknowledge that you are doing the best you can with what you have. Treat yourself kindly and forgive yourself for any mistakes.
  3. Accept Others.
    Look past character flaws and see the innocent child within. Understand that people are doing the best they can with what they have.
  4. Express Unconditional Love.
    Love yourself and others without any expectations. Send love from the core of your being.
  5. Maintain Peace.
    Let go of any negative feelings and strive to be in a state of serenity.
  6. Forgive Your Past and Others'.
    Acknowledge the hidden gift in past events and create a different perspective from which to view the past and thereby heal it.
  7. Take Responsibility for Your Consciousness.
    Investigate meditation and the various methods of inner contemplation. Focus on improving the quality of your consciousness.
