Use the Emotion Code to release trapped emotions
Instructions
- Make sure that you are comfortable in your environment.
It’s best to turn off the music and the television. - Establish a baseline for testing.
You may use the hand solo method, pendulum test, or any other muscle testing method that works best for you. - Determine if a trapped emotion exists.
If you are working on yourself using self-testing, ask: “Do I have a trapped emotion that can be released now?” If so, proceed to the next step. - Determine which emotion it is.
It could be abandonment, loss, betrayal, anxiety, rejection, anger, fear, jealousy, and so on. Make sure to determine the emotion as accurately as possible. - Release the trapped emotion.
To release a trapped emotion from yourself, place your magnet between your eyebrows, either touching or just over your skin. Roll or slide the magnet up the middle of your forehead, over the top of your head, and down the back of your neck as far as you can comfortably reach. Or you can just use your magnet on your forehead as far as you can. Do this three times in total. If you have trouble reaching your arms up, try running the magnet over your lower spine instead. Stay focused on your intention to let the trapped emotion go. - Check to see if the emotion was released.
To confirm that the emotion has been released, simply ask, “Did (I) we release that trapped emotion?” If the answer is yes, you can attempt to repeat the process and release another trapped emotion.
