Use the ‘Thank You’ method to manifest your goals

Choose something you want to change.
This could be a specific goal like getting a new job or saving a certain amount of money. It can also be a more general change, like being more confident or financially stable. -
Say “thank you” for that change.
Close your eyes and say thank you for that change ten times. For example, you could say, “thank you for making me more confident.” -
Repeat daily.
Do this once a day until you start noticing a change. As you say “thank you” for the change, your subconscious will gradually accept the idea that you have already achieved your goals. Your conscious mind will then act accordingly to meet that expectation.
