1. *Send a survey to your current users with the question “How would you feel if you could no longer use [business name]?”*
   Provide the following options: “Very disappointed,” “Somewhat disappointed,” “Not disappointed,” or “N/A, no longer using the product.”

2. *If over 40% of users answer “very disappointed,” your startup has very strong growth potential.*
   If the opposite is true, you will have a hard time growing your startup.
