Eat a wholesome diet.
To combat inflammation and overeating, avoid processed foods and sweets; instead, eat a diet predominately of fresh organic vegetables, grass-fed meats, legumes, good fats (like extra-virgin olive oil), and low-sugar fruits, like berries. -
Get a job that stimulates you.
Be creative and expose yourself to change and stimulation. -
Clearly define what is causing you stress.
Be discerning and aware of how you respond to what is around you. Diminish or eliminate stressors that are cumbersome if possible. -
Identify your nutrient deficiencies.
Visit your doctor for a blood test and to identify deficiencies that need to be addressed. -
Walk in a park!
You will get two benefits: exercise and vitamin D from the sun. Alternatively, you can also give yourself 15 mins breaks from your desk every two hours. Be consistent. -
Get into a sleep routine.
Sleep is needed to repair and restore at every level.
